DARVO – Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender. Manipulation and evasive tactic used by addicts and abusers to deny the behavior, attack you, make themselves the victim, and you the offender. Victim blaming.

EMDR – Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, a very effective treatment for trauma
