In this introductory session, you’ll develop the necessary foundational concepts of healthy, compassionate and safe boundaries with an intimate partner.
You'll get clarity on what boundaries protect: your core feelings, values, and needs in the aftermath of betrayal trauma.
Learn the difference between reacting and responding, and how to begin making clear, respectful requests and set boundaries when requests aren't granted verbally or with action.
Before attending, you may feel confused and overwhelmed. Afterward, you’ll feel clear, calm, and ready to take the first steps towards taking back your power with boundaries.
Pre-work worksheets and tools will be sent out upon registration. They''ll guide your personal reflection and simple boundary creation, and then our live 2 hour group coaching will provide more personalized, customized support for your individual questions and needs.
