👉Participant Limit: 6 members

👉Book: Facing Heartbreak: Steps to Recovery of Partners of Sex Addicts

👉Venue:  Weekly Zoom*  Video Share (and secret Facebook Group)

The sharing is VERY valuable! This is where we really synthesize and commit these changes neurologically. We see that healing is possible by learning from one another, and hearing perspectives that validate where we are, and show us other, positive viewpoints that we can assimilate. * Zoom is a small install on your computer, tablet or smartphone that can be accessed by clicking on the link you’ll receive in your email.

👉Video Meetings:  Format: Each week we’ll all get an assignment to read between 10-30 pages and do the exercises.  We can share our questions, comments, experiences and feelings in a private video meeting group that is limited to members only. (We can also share in between live meetings in the private Facebook group. No one outside the 6 people who are in the current group will have access to this group, or be able to see it, or your membership in the group.)

We’ll meet confidentially via Zoom video chat to discuss homework, our response to the materials, and a check in for sharing where we currently are, struggles and victories.

All participants will be expected to agree to confidentiality and safety, and a commitment to do the work, and be held accountable by other members of the group.

👉 Cost: $320 – this does not include the price of the book. Or, spread payments over 3 months at $120 per month

👉 ** Cancellation Policy ** No refunds after 7 days of enrollment,  less a $5.00 cancellation fee.  Or a credit can be applied to a future groups to be used within a year.

👉  The minimum number of participants will be 6 people. If the group doesn’t fill up,  full refunds will be issued to who signed up, or credit for three,  50 minute one-on-one coaching sessions with me (your choice).

(Prefer a payment plan? Go here.) In this Facing HeartBreak Study Group,  limited to 6 participants, we cover topics such as:
Trauma, and identifying how you are personally experiencing the effects your trauma. We start to create a “Shield of Safety” as a basis of our recovery plan going forward. We talk about setting specific recovery goals, so we can begin to identify the steps we need to take towards those goals. Most importantly – boundaries: What types of boundaries you personally need, and how you will enforce them.

Other topics are Managing the crisis, How to Deal with the Emotional Aftershock, the Nature of Sex Addiction, How to Communicate  Your Feelings, Make Empowered Choices, Reclaim Your Sexuality and Next Steps.

This is a safe group, facilitated by a trauma informed and highly trained peer and coach.

I have found this resource to be EXTREMELY healing and a healthy place to learn, grow, find support and most importantly validation. I’m not crazy. I didn’t cause this. I CAN HEAL independently of my husband’s choices. I have choices!

I truly believe that Pam has a gift unlike any other person I’ve met dealing with these issues. She has been given the gifts of compassion, understanding and validity that have helped me through the course of my struggle.

I can definitely say that I would not be as strong and confident about myself and my relationship if I hadn’t reached out to her 10 months ago. If you’re struggling right now because someone in your life has SA, believe me when I say you don’t have to struggle anymore. Take that hard first step and reach out to Pam. Get plugged in to one of these life-changing groups and watch the healing begin.

Having just completed this course I am grateful.
I needed accountability to read and DO the exercises that equip us as wives of SA’s to face and walk through this unintended journey.
    Most excellent!

Today was our last session. I am grateful I read this book in a small group setting with safe people and a capable coach (Pam).
It was needful. I do not believe I could have read and done the work required by myself. For two years this book sat unread, collecting dust. (I was afraid to read it by myself 😔) There are exercises that ask you to make a plan, and reflect. I needed to understand what I had come out of ~ 49 years of two PTSD marriages. (We are 2.5 years in recovery by God’s grace and leading.)
    Highly recommend. 🌹
