Sometimes, it can be difficult to find the words to express our feelings. Emotions actually start in our body, long before we have words for them. Sometimes, it can be helpful to start with a body-checkin, and become aware of what we're sensing in our body, and then work our way back to words.
These are just suggestions, and aren't written in stone. I provide it here in case it's helpful when you can't find emotions words that seem to fit.
